Woosong University belongs to the Woosong Education Foundation which was established in 1954 and has a long history of outstanding work in education, teaching and training. Founded by the late Kom Jung-Woo, he established a vision for students not only for Korean students but for all young people in our international community. As we face new challenges on a global scale and as technology shrinks our world into one universal society , we will look forward together.

Woosong University is a specialized university located in Daejeon, South Korea, that provides specialized curricula based on practice and theory. WSU’s three international schools, SolBridge International School of Business, Endicott College of International Studies, and JW Kim College of Future Studies, are conducted solely in English by renown international professors. In addition to the international colleges and schools, we have four schools including; the College of Railroad Transportation, College of Software Convergence, College of Hotel and Culinary, College of Health and Welfare, and Woosong Graduate School. Since the establishment of the university in 1995, Woosong University has signed more than 400 Memorandums of Understanding (MOU) with universities and schools in more than 60 countries. Collaborative programs include student and faculty exchange programs, joint research, dual degrees, study abroad, and other programs.
